2020 – Hayleys Electronics became a fully-owned subsidiary of Fentons

2019 – With the acquisition of 99.97% of the equity stake by Hayleys PLC, Fentons Limited was re-branded as Hayleys Fentons Fentons Solar Energy was re-branded as Hayleys Solar, and the business was transferred from Energynet (Pvt) Ltd to Hayleys Fentons.
